My daughter passed away on Sept 23, 2015. Months later I contacted one of the employees and asked her to design me a unique ring to represent her. I sent in a photo of her bedroom and what was created off of a photo expressed more than words could ever say. These guys are experts and provide not only quality jewelry, but quality service. I love my ring and wear it everyday in remembrance of my precious angel.

The staff at Sturhahn's is amazing. I went in to get my engagement ring sized one day and they said it would be done later in the day. Unfortunately, I was going to be at work and unable to pick it up, but I really wanted to pick my ring up that day because I had just recently received it. One of the staff members offered to drive it to me at work which I thought was one of the most amazing things. A good business, such as this one, goes above and beyond for their customers. Sturhahn has been nothing short of excellent! My fiancé bought my ring there and after I caught it on a drawer they were quick to fix it as I no longer live in the area. I've always been greeted by the friendly staff and they are always a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I brought my engagement ring into Sturhahn Jewelers to be sized. It was not purchased from them but they treated me and my ring like it was. My ring was a bit more difficult than most to size due to the intricate detail and Sturhahn's seemed to be the only ones confident enough to size it while still retaining the detail. On top of everything, their price beat most others that I checked. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Before I got engaged, the only requirement I gave my fiancé is that I wanted a one of a kind ring. The ring is the one part of the wedding that people will see for the rest of our life. Being a Quincy girl, my then boyfriend knew Sturhahns was known for their outstanding collection of stunning wedding rings. They were extremely helpful explaining the importance of color, cut and clarity in order to design my dream engagement ring. Still to this day, they are very warm and welcoming when you visit the store. Not to mention always answer any questions that may arise. I would highly recommend Sturhahns to anyone.

Sturhahn Jewelers and the Sturhahn family are absolutely the best. The personal service and attention we received when purchasing engagement ring, wedding rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc. has been phenomenal. They even have a bottle of wine delivered at Thanksgiving time (great way to remind us to use them for Christmas gifts!) I also love the notes you can fill out with things your heart desires to help your husband find great Christmas ideas as well. The best Sturhahn story I have, though, is the Christmas my husband ordered a gorgeous Waterford Crystal floor lamp as a surprise for me. It had a brass stand and stem with a large crystal shade. It matched two table lamps I already had. Even though he ordered early it had not come in for Christmas. Carol Sturhahn boxed up her personal identical floor lamp from her house so that my husband could have it to give me on Christmas. She insisted we keep it until ours came in. Just couldn't do that to her, but to this day I can't imagine any other store that would go to such lengths to serve their customers!!! When anyone mentions jewelers and jewelry we never think of going anywhere else!! If you want someone you can trust, who provides personal attention and goes the extra mile (or more) for you--there is no place better than Sturhahn Jewelers Quincy, IL!!!!!

I have gone to Sturhahn's since I can remember. I loved going with my dad as a little girl helping him pick out the special pieces from the birthday's, anniversaries, the gifts my dad does even for every time they take off on an airplane, to Sturhahn's anticipating the right stone to put into my mother's grandchildren bracelet she wears. As an adult, my husband spoiling me much in the same way. Just seeing the special Sturhahn's packaging, I already know I'm going to LOVE it. Our family has been serviced by Grandma Sturhahn, Steve & Carol, and now Sarah. They know our style!
